As for the race it's self, it was a great experience (first time at a nascar race),HOWEVER, my experience dealing with ticketmaster not so much! Coming from Canada to the United States to watch the race was always a concern that something would go wrong with not being able to scan my tickets. A week before we left for the US, I received an email from ticketmaster saying everything will be supper easy. All that I need to do is open my app, go to my event, and simply just open up the tickets and scan the bar code for entry. Oh, and I also received a email the morning of the event that automatically popped up 1 of my two tickets (never received my second ticket) in that morning email. But that's ok, because I was told anyways to simply use the app at the event. Once we arrived at the event, I was not able to sign in to my account to view our tickets (even being on WiFi). So naturally that means I wasn't able to show Gate admission that I have two tickets waiting to be scanned in the (my event section of the app) making my experience very stressful, so instead, I had to walk to the event box office, stand in an hour long line up waiting to talk to a staff member so they could help us out to witch they were finally able to do. This also concerns me as I have another event later this summer in the US to witch I bought tickets through ticketmaster fore. I'm expecting another headache!!!
